Yes I think the shopping was a good one to do because you have the week of food and you can just slowly get through the other chores. It’s good you got to play a board game as well tonight. So really you’ve done well today.

Hope you are able to get a good rest tonight and see how you go tomorrow. Remember to be kind to yourself.
