I am wanting to set time aside for job applications. I want to try and apply for 1 job a day if applicable.
Re-jig my cover letter, make sure my referees are still valid and see if I can get my services provider to pay for a police clearance. I might even push my luck and see if they'll come up with the funds to renew my WWC as well.

Plus PT (yes still sore from last week 🙊) and going to get some acupuncture 🙏

My intention is to stop smoking on Friday. @AuntGlow .
It is hard while I’m hypomanic. Woke up early again this morning. Used my hypomanic energy to tidy up before cleaner does a Spring clean.
Will have breakfast and meds soon, then go for a short walk even though walking hurts my back. It is good for my back.
Thinking of having a spa bath, washing and trimming my hair later today.

My goal is to walk more and get back doing yoga when my back is better. Also want to get back into gardening now it’s Spring. Love Spring snd Autumn. Goal for today is to try to open up to psychologist. @Dimity @AuntGlow @Appleblossom @Chasingsunsets @Appleblossom @ENKELI

@GezzaP how did you go with your psychologist?
Hoping your back is getting better, yoga is supposed to be good for bad backs isn't it? I need to make sure I don't sit or stand for too long or my back starts aching.

Yes yoga good for back and shoulders @ENKELI I do physio exercises too. Getting very tired. Off to bed within the hour.

I have had so much doubt and feeling hesitant like withdrawing again and unsure
