INK

A picture tells a thousand words. So, what does my "ink" say about me? (rhetorical 😀)

Full back tattoo of a phoenix

Invictus (poem by William Henley)

Desiderata (poem by Max Ehrmann)

Semi-colon

Re: INK

@Fawkes are you saying this is the ink you would have ?

When I had radiotherapy I was tattooed to line up the radiation beam in the correct place.

When I finished my first radiotherapy - I considered getting one of my tatts changed to something, I did think of a semi-colon and I considered a few other things. I never got it done because couldn't afford it, but perhaps something to think about in future

Re: INK

😭nope. this is the ink that I have.

Re: INK

That is what I thought @Fawkes

I don't have tattoos but do have Invictus taped up in my bathroom and used to have Desiderata before.  The phoenix is a powerful metaphor.

Re: INK

Oh wow @Fawkes - where are the poems, if you don't mind me asking.

A full back phoenix would look great (if somewhat painful) do you have nice colours in it

Re: INK

@Fawkes  you ran out of paper.

Re: INK

I have about 15 or so tattoos. Some have blended into others so I'm not sure anymore.

My smallest is a semicolon my largest is a biomechamical half sleeve.

Re: INK

@The-red-centaur I quite like those biomechanical type ones.

I think many people have semi-colons

Re: INK

@Till23 @Fawkes @The-red-centaur @Glisten @Appleblossom

I don't have any tattoos but I have a semi-colon pendant

The other one I would do is a 1 cent coin, because to me it says I'm priceless.
