Re: Art for Healing - HEALING SYMBOLS ACTIVITY

@hanami I love art as therapist. Even if it just creative journaling, scarpbooking, clay art... I will be very committed to it (and in fact I am committed and have been committed to art therapist since I was 13)

Re: Art for Healing

Thank you @Appleblossom

I do like the 'chrunchy bits' add!
I undoubtedly add this, having to reinvent myself at least thrice. (I think) forum wise.

Life throws some curveballs for sure.

Its been a long period but I hope to find sanctity here, when friends fell away, and family don't understand.
Starr

Re: Art for Healing

@starr good to see you. Yes crunchy bits have expanded in my life in a way I never expected. We all struggle with pain. Though some do carry more than others. I like your thoughtful quality.

I have been lucky with my Sane account, but given up on Facebook, where I kept getting locked out. So I have had one profile for a while...10 years.

Re: Art for Healing

I think the chrunchy bits potentially make us who we are or whom we become! @Appleblossom
I like to think I'm more authentically real than I ever was. Some things need to drop away i.e.: social accounts hell bent on making sure we don't remember passwords for our good!
As the merry-go-round keeps turning on we keep moving

Re: Art for Healing

hahaha @starr

I've got a million and 1 passwords... and I never get it right.. at least they have passkeys now...

Re: Art for Healing

lol @Thyme
so frustrating! And I agree passkeys work well. I just have to not be tempted to take my devices to new levels of learning!!
Technology and I do not always speak the same language!
