Gall bladder issues wasn’t  pleasant @tyme    Surgery was done more than 10yrs ago and was one surgery I was happy to have.  

currently compiling list of questions to ask Dr at pain management clinic in about 4 weeks time regarding the treatments she has suggested.   First 2 treatments involve day procedure in hospital but are scary.  Keep trying to think on positive aspects including if I don’t have the treatments my arthritis is going to continue to rob me of my self care hobbies.

@AuntGlow it feels ok now I guess, though I've been having a bit of IBS flare ups (even today) again since the move has happened lmao but you know, it happens... 😅🤷‍♀️ I was also experiencing some strange physical symptoms last night as I was about to fall asleep but I do think that its due to both a mix of the cold temperature in general (its a bit colder here compared to the room in my previous accomodation and I don't plan to put the heater on) and my nervous system combined with my IBS. But eventually they did go away after that and I was able to have a good nights sleep without feeling like I was about to d!3 from my sleep or something...

I did think of wanting to have a chat with lifeline as well at the time but it was all good

oh, and I did shower as well that evening, so turning on the fan to try and dry my hair on top of the cold temperature I guess what lead to that cause you get shivered @AuntGlow @Sparky79
