How do people get themselves out of the overwhelming funk. I had a bad year last year & thought I was out the other side. But recently I have been doing stupid things as I'm struggling to focus & concentrate & it feels like everything is going wrong. Starting to feel the snowball effect again of indecision, can't make a decision as I feel everything is going to go welng, can't focus & concentrate. Any tips?

Hello @HJ51 I can hear how overwhelmed you are and I know it's not easy when things are like this. Have you ever tried any breathing exercises or grounding techniques to help bring yourself back to a calmer place so that it might be easier to make decisions? Like @Glisten said 'tippy toe little steps' is what i like to say, it's just one little step at a time, whether it's one moment or one breath at a time.
Life is hard and has a way of constantly challenging us and its so easy to get that feeling that everything is going wrong and that it doesn't matter what you do but everything will continue to go wrong. But things can always change and it's sometimes just a matter of waiting for that to happen.
So things might be rough right now but it won't stay this way forever. We are here for you and you are not alone 😊
