Hi there, I'd love to hear about some experiences and thoughts of people who have highly complex mental health issues.
Mental health disorders, intellectual disabilities, neurodivergence - basically anyone is welcome to chat.
I'm very interested in the overlaps in conditions that make everyone's experience so varied, sometimes for the better, or (honestly, a lot of the time) for the worse.
Personally, I have a bunch of diagnoses, the main ones being BPD, ASD & ADHD.
Hope to hear from you all soon 🙂

Hey @Fingerlime, thanks for sharing your experiences with the community! I
t's quite common for people to have comorbidities with mental health and other life challenges, myself included. I am diagnosed with schizophrenia which is also neurodivserse and I identify as transgender and I am diagnosed with gender dysphoria.
Hopefully your peers will have some insights they can share too!
Take care
