Hi I am new. I care for multiple people in family and have an adult child with OCD living with me . Currently not receiving treatment and was wondering what the best approach is to discussing with them as seems to be in a major flare up . Has had short term counselling about 7 years ago .

Hi there @Hearty ,
It sounds like you are juggling a few things at the moment. Do you think it will be more effective if you provide them with supports and gently nudge them to reach out - but not push them?

Yes I will try to do that and yes am already providing support as much as I can . Might come back to this if it doesn’t work - thank you!
