I feel like this is the closest location I can get
I'm exhausted and tired as heck it's been a long and verry challenging few weeks and even more days.
I need any suggestions to get sleep it's 1:30am and I've been listening to white noise for over an hour, however my thoughts are loud intense and disturbing...
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Hello @Ordinay05, I hear your struggles with sleeping and I know all too well how hard it is and I'm sorry it's like this for you.
There's many things you could try, things like having a warm shower, a nice warm drink, walking around for a bit, listening to soothing music, meditation.
Have you thought about having a chat to a gp? It's always a good place to start when sleep becomes a struggle cos there can be many things that can be done to help.
