Hello
Does anyone know of a good resource like an online forum or support group specifically for neurodivergent people? I have Autism and ADHD and feel lonely and isolated and would love to find like minded people to belong with. I’ve heard of such groups but can’t find them myself.
thanks,

hey @Abz absolutely hear where you're coming from. i'm sure the community will have some amazing resources to share soon! in the meantime, the forums has a thread called Wait what did I come into this thread for again? O... - SANE Forums which i think you might like, there's some resources on the first page too 🙂

@Abz I am too AuDHD! I have found some groups like Neurospicy, The Austism comedy club on FB, Fully spectral also on FB, Austism inclusivity on FB. I like to read but haven't made many connections. I have found more connections with special interests or passions though. For example, some dog people, cat people, Scouts, it's taken a long time though. Some people from work who are also neurodivergent. But it's not easy.

hi @Abz I have found some organisations that do group sessions (some via zoom and others face to face) that are for people that are on the spectrum.
I’m not sure if you’re based in Victoria, but I know there’s an organisation that’s called Aspergers Victoria https://www.aspergersvic.org.au they have different group sessions - some are through zoom and some are face to face.
There’s also one that I’ve stumbled across just this morning which is called Neurokindred. I was told that a lot of their peer group sessions there are online (via zoom) if you prefer to join online sessions https://neurokindred.com
As the other commenter mentioned there are some FB groups too. I have also joined one of the groups called Fully & Autism Online for women in Australia (something along those lines) I also haven’t got much support from those (the FB groups) and haven’t been finding them very helpful so far.
See how you go with the first two links I’ve attached above, I’m still yet to join one of the group sessions in both of those links myself anyways, haha! 😄
