Re: not coping

just feel like everything is always my fault or anything i do isnt good enough @Snowie
theres always some sort of problem i guess.
i feel like i need a break from everything but theres no escaping life.

Re: not coping

I'm sorry its that way for you @outlander

Life is hard sometimes and unfortunately there is no escape.

Have you thought anymore about a hospital admission?

Re: not coping

i cant do it yet with christmas @Snowie and i cant be honest with family about it either so it has to be hidden basically. cant get any more respite for pop till next year either. everything has to be planned. it makes it hard but i cant plan a mh visit in 6 months time because i may be doing better by then who knows. when i need thigns the most there is no one.

Re: not coping

It is hard around christmas time @outlander When we need the most support there doesn't seem to be much. I know with your pop it is hard to get that time to yourself. You are right, it's not something that you can plan 6 months down the track.

Can you increase your psych visit's at all? Perhaps having that extra support might help.

Re: not coping

psych is away until mid january now @Snowie and as shes an independent worker theres no one to replace her

Re: not coping

Hey @Snowie @outlander ,

I'll be hopping over to the PGC soon. I'll see you there if you feel up to it 🙂

No pressure

Re: not coping

can you tag me to the thread @tyme

Re: not coping

It makes it hard @outlander

My psych is away for 6 weeks. I know they all deserve a break but it does make it hard on us.

Re: not coping

it does make it hard @Snowie

without pop here i probably wouldve booked into hospital. i cant tell anyone about ot it wont end well for me.

Re: not coping

I can understand that @outlander

It is hard enough having that conversation with people, even harder when you don't have that support.

@tyme will head across there soon.
