So so @MDT . Rly struggling to come to terms with the shell of a life i now hav compared to before MI. Im heartbroken and rly grieving i think. Very down at the moment. Sorry i cant b more positive!

I'm not in the best headspace either. Finding it tough to cope vis a vie work situation.

I also put up a post lately called "I'm sorry" about my recent experiences in real life and on the forum too. It's getting to me all of this and I am basically just trying to reduce any chance of lashing out at anyone.
So far though it's managing well. I think posting about it really got it off my chest.

Hasn't been a good day today friends have had nothing but trouble with electricity company connecting it to new house.

Hope you all have had a better day, can't wait till tomorrow has to be better otherwise i think I'm going to go insane, haven't read any posts yet, but will try after 6pm when hopeffully electric is connected i can calm down and see how everyone has been  going over the last couple of days.

Sorry ur doing it tough too @MDT . No im not in a very good head space either. My husband told me last night that thr is no longer any fun, joy or happiness in our lives and marriage. Im heartbroken. We used to hav heaps of all of the above, but not since my MI. 

I did see ur msg and was sorry to hear that u were going to b backing off, but glad to see your still here! Mayb as u say u just needed to get some things off ur chest. Take care of u xx
